Here at First Capital, we pride ourselves working on transactions with experienced management teams, C-Suites, and boards of directors on a host of solutions as it relates to their companies and assets, providing a wide range of services ranging from capital markets, growth, strategies, paths leading to different types of exit plans, financings (debt and/or equity), partner buyouts, litigation, or complex political dynamic management and more.

It is difficult to find a one stop shop that can work within this complex array and scope and provide multiple solutions. We have the playbook that has been crafted after many years of first-hand experience. Gone are the days when the entrepreneur could walk into a bank get a loan and that bank would be with them every step of the way until the day, they rang the proverbial bell. What we found is corporations would be limited by various thresholds created in a market that became too big over time, whereby the $100 Million to $1 Billion player would get ignored failing to move the needle for the larger funds and the $10 Million to $100 Million client would fall short of reaching the next threshold, though their growth potential may be the perfect fit for the larger group and the list goes on. The ability to translate, bridge gaps and connect dots has become more important than ever before, as this communication and the ability to speak to these different groups has become vital to the “next step” success.

We learned how to continue to progress, despite these threshold barriers, maintain control and get to the end game. We pride ourselves in providing out of the box solutions that can be elegant and beautiful or something quite complex that eventually becomes simple. There is a very limited number of groups that truly understand how this works. Its why many private nine and ten figure companies have not figured out how to crack the code to cross into this next level where the Wall St. titans play, and this may very well be where your Company belongs.

Mr. Suneet Singal is a senior experienced entrepreneur and finance architect working in the sectors of renewable energy, real estate, consumer retail, finance, FinTech, strategy and corporate structure. Suneet Singal has worked as a successful entrepreneur for the past 20 years as a principal and owner in multiple companies. He is formerly Chairman and CEO of an equity REIT. He was formerly acting CEO of a Business Development Corp., and CEO of a real estate operating company traded on Nasdaq. Prior to that, he was an operator having built and sold private businesses and assets. Mr. Singal has held multiple board positions and C-Suite roles in both public and private companies.

Mr. Suneet Singal specializes in deal structure, acquisition, negotiations, equity and debt placements or direct investment, development, strategy, and complex financial structuring. He has worked in structured finance, negotiations, both corporate and transactional, and has multiple closed capital transactions both debt and equity across different industry sectors. Historically his focus previously was on real estate master plan development, transportation-oriented development, land entitlement, commercial real estate, principal sponsorship, equity, and advisory. Today it is a blended mix of real estate and non-real estate assets and companies. He has worked closely with family office operators with significant asset portfolios and advised them on various capital structures through complex domestic and foreign transactional structures. He has served as a principal shareholder, director, and officer, holding positions in various project holdings and investments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
